How to Apply

Our admissions process

We've designed our admissions process to be personal, not just procedural. We want to get to know your family — and help you decide if Capstone is the right fit.

Inquiry & Visit
Reach out to our admissions office to ask questions and schedule a campus visit. There's no better way to experience Capstone than to see it in action.

Submit Application
Complete and submit the enrollment application along with any required documents, including previous school records and immunization records.

Student Assessment
Depending on grade level, students may participate in a brief academic assessment to help us understand their current skills and learning needs.

Family Interview
We invite prospective families to meet with our administration — so we can share more about our mission, values, and programs, and answer your questions.

Enrollment Decision
Following the review process, families are notified of the admissions decision. Accepted students complete enrollment paperwork to secure their spot.

Once enrolled, you'll receive all the information you need to prepare for a great first day — including orientation, supply lists, and a warm welcome from our community.

Common admissions questions

Does my family need to be Christian to enroll?
Capstone Christian Academy is a Christ-centered school, and all students participate in Bible instruction and chapel. We ask that families be supportive of our Christian mission and values, and we welcome families who are exploring faith.
What grades does Capstone currently serve?
We serve students from Pre-Kindergarten through High School. Please contact our admissions office for the most current information on grade availability for the upcoming school year.
Do you accept mid-year transfers?
Yes, we accept transfer students throughout the year on a space-available basis. We encourage families to reach out as early as possible to discuss availability and next steps.
Is financial assistance available?
We are committed to making a Capstone education accessible to as many families as possible. Please contact our office directly to discuss financial assistance options and availability.
What documents do I need for enrollment?
Typically we request a completed application, most recent report cards or transcripts, immunization records, and a birth certificate. Our admissions office will walk you through the full list during the inquiry process.
